Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after they are received. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as we can, however, delivery times may be impacted by delays outside of our control.

2. Discreet Shipping

We take extra care to ensure your order is packaged discreetly. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our team, and we'd be happy to assist.

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we only accept orders within Canada.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, we highly recommend first contacting your postal carrier to notify them and coordinate next steps. Please be aware that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.

6. Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information.

7. Wrong Address at Checkout

Unfortunately, we can only make changes to shipping addresses before a package has left our shipping center (usually within 24 hours). If your order has already been dispatched, we recommend reaching out to your local postal carrier, as they may be able to assist in locating the package.
